Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent with plumbing and hvac experience to join our team. As a Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and flexible hours.
Duties:
Performing and overseeing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
-Experience:
- Experience in general maintenance or facilities management. Plumbing and hvac experience a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
