Looking to hire a maintenance person with an immediate start date.

The property maintenance specialist is for an established multi-site property management company based in Albany, NY. We are looking for a motivated professional who is able to turn over apartments between tenancy, paint, clean, can perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs and maintain community grounds.

Experience is expected in:

Drywall repair Plumbing Boilers Furnaces Minor electric Carpentry General Maintenance
Must be good at troubleshooting and completing tasks proficiently and timely.

Must have a clean and valid drivers license, reliable transportation, tools, mobile phone and willing to work between 3-4 small sites. Possible weekends required.

Full and part time work available.
