Outdoor Environments Group, a leader in the design, creation, and construction of outdoor living spaces, is seeking a motivated hard-working individual to join our growing team.

The Property Care Crew Leader will safely perform landscape installation and property care maintenance activities which will efficiently and profitably result in a high-quality landscape with high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping and maintenance staff to execute landscape projects with precision and enthusiasm. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs, and general garden care. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to maintain a safe working environment for everyone on site. Conduct quality inspections of work completed by team members to uphold company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks when necessary, including construction, tree care, gardening, and horticulture activities. Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper usage. Support team development by providing training on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures. Document work activities accurately and complete reports related to project progress or issues encountered. Train new team members

Experience

Experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles with a strong understanding of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or related fields. Supervising or leadership experience managing teams in outdoor maintenance or construction environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and repair is a plus. Familiarity with tree care practices and general construction skills will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward excellence. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
