We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Administrator to support our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, tenant communication, and the fast-paced environment of commercial property management.

Position Summary



The Property Administrator provides daily administrative and operational support to the property management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a diverse commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs, including coordination of welcome materials, access, and communication. Support property managers with lease administration, including maintaining accurate files, tracking key dates, and processing renewals and amendments. Coordinate vendor services and ensure that certificates of insurance, W-9s, and contracts are current. Assist in invoice coding, purchase orders, and expense tracking to ensure timely processing and accuracy. Help prepare monthly reports, budgets, and financial documents for ownership and management. Maintain organized digital and physical property files, including tenant correspondence, inspections, and maintenance records. Assist with tenant events, property notices, and communication materials as needed. Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination related to property operations.

Qualifications



2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in property management or commercial real estate) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong customer-service mindset

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
