Job Description

Busy Insurance Restoration Company specializing in Fire, Wind and Water Damage seeking a seasoned Xactimate Estimator/Large Loss Estimator/Property Adjuster to scope and write estimates for insurance losses. Immediate opening.

Candidates possess the following:

Ability to scope restoration and construction projects using the Xactimate Software Superior communication, documentation & organizational skills Customer Service Skills Ability to meet project goals and deadlines
Job Responsibilities Include:

Perform, negotiate and write detailed building estimates Maintain communication with property owners Continue communication with Project Manager
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years estimating Residential Construction & Restoration Knowledge of Xactimate software or will train Knowledge of fire, wind and water damage and residential construction. Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and leadership qualities. Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients and other team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
