Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a
Remote Product Specialist
, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experience. As a key point of contact for our valued clients, you will manage incoming leads and facilitate seamless order processing. Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized communications, generating accurate quotes and invoices, and efficiently navigating our CRM system to log and track customer interactions.

This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and order status while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare and send detailed price quotes and invoices based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all financial transactions.
Professionally answer phone calls from potential and existing customers, addressing questions and concerns while providing exceptional service. Follow up on inquiries via phone to ensure customer needs are met.
Accurately log customer interactions, quotes, and order details into the company's CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
Review incoming orders, verify details, and prepare necessary documentation for production, ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Must be a resident of Arkansas to ensure compliance with company policies and operational needs.
Demonstrates a commitment to punctuality, dependability, and consistently high-quality work.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, administrative assistance, or retail, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in emails, phone calls, and other interactions.
Comfortable using computers and software, including web browsers, email platforms, Google Docs, CRM systems, and data entry applications.
Ability to read, comprehend, and process information accurately while maintaining organized records.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check to meet company security and integrity standards.
