About the Role

Crum Electric Supply is seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Projects Specialist

to join our Project quotes and management team. In this role, you will support commercial and industrial electrical contractors by developing accurate, competitive project bids and managing the execution of complex equipment orders. What You'll Do:

Prepare and manage detailed project quotations for commercial and industrial electrical contractors across Wyoming and other Crum locations throughout.

Review project specifications, drawings, and one-lines to develop accurate bills of materials.

Coordinate and manage the shipment of large-scale electrical equipment, including MCCs, switchboards, panelboards, transformers, and lighting packages.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, manufacturers, and customers to specify compliant, cost-effective solutions.

Negotiate pricing and lead times with manufacturers while ensuring customer expectations are met.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service and complete project solutions.

What You need for this position:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High level of computer proficiency and comfort working with ERP systems and quoting tools.

Ability and willingness to learn electrical products, sales processes, and internal systems.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.

Prior experience in the electrical industry and/or electrical wholesale distribution.

Goal-oriented, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
