in the Valley for over 40 years. Our customers are Phoenix-area homeowners, builders, remodelers and roofers wanting quality products with the option of professional installation. Our established remodeling company has an excellent reputation -- repeat customers and referrals make up over half of our business.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to success, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. The ProjectManager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing long-term plans, managing installers and subcontractors and ensuring that all team members are performing to the companies standards.

Time off is granted when needed within reason. And while we encourage our employees to expand their technical competency, we never put anyone in a position that makes them fundamentally uncomfortable. Construction experience required (at least 4+ years)

Preferred experience in windows, doors and skylights

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency Oversee daily operations of the business including sales Manage internal staff and installers to ensure that they are properly trained and informed Maintain relationships with customers, and vendors Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Manage inside sales (deliveries, purchase orders, sales orders) Manage warehouse and product Job walks to ensure cleanliness, professionalism, quality and timeliness Assist with payroll and minor accounting tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
