Job Overview

We are seeking a Superintendent with proven experience in wastewater treatment plant upgrades, heavy industrial piping, or complex process-driven mechanical systems. This role leads field operations, drives safety and quality, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures project milestones are met. You may work alongside a Senior Superintendent or Project Executive depending on project size.

What You Do

Lead day-to-day field operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance Oversee installation of process piping, mechanical systems, structural components, tanks, and equipment Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, craft workers, and specialty trades Plan and sequence work, maintain accurate daily reports, and drive schedule adherence Support RFIs, submittals, testing/commissioning, and turnover documentation Lead jobsite safety practices, hold daily huddles, and reinforce OSHA requirements Collaborate across project management, engineering, and field teams to resolve issues quickly

What You Bring

8+ years of Superintendent experience on heavy civil, wastewater treatment, industrial piping, or mechanical-process projects Strong knowledge of process piping, plant operations, pumps, valves, controls, and treatment systems Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and anticipate field challenges Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with owners, inspectors, subs, and in-house teams OSHA 30 preferred; treatment plant or industrial facility certifications a plus

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000
