Role Overview

As a Project Superintendent, you will manage the entire lifecycle of masonry veneer, patio and pool construction projects--from initial design to final inspection and customer turnover. Your onsite leadership and example of strong work ethic will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time field position, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources (labor & materials) for multiple projects simultaneously.

Team Leadership:

Lead field construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Client & Office Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Quality Control:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, high quality work standards and site cleanliness.

Documentation:

Maintain photographic progress updates and accurate daily reports.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in the field performing masonry veneer, walls, patios and pool construction

Skills:

Proficiency in project management scheduling, understanding & interpretation of scope of work documents, blueprint reading and masonry installation practices

Certifications:

OSHA 30-Hour, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bilingual candidates are preferred
