Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Superintendent to lead and manage healthcare construction projects, specifically focused on OSHPD Tenant Improvement (TI) work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex healthcare renovations within active medical facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHPD regulations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Orange County

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations and healthcare construction requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to address project needs and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
