Job Description

The Project Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role in the business services industry requires excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of construction processes in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in San Diego

  • Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily building and construction projects in San Diego.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the construction site.
