Project Superintendent

Job Description
Innes Construction is a General Contractor looking for full-time Project Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects in and around the Grand Forks area.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with the Project Manager with progress and any issues that may come up
- Create work schedules based off job plans and blueprints
- Monitor crews job performance and train if needed
- Inspect finished work to make sure job is on track
- Keep track of material supply
- Reporting timecards and injury reports to accountant
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in Construction Superintendent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enforce safety rules at job-site
