Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DSA Superintendent to oversee construction projects for educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Division of the State Architect (DSA) compliance and school construction standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with DSA regulations.
Key responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with DSA requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee safety protocols and compliance to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules to guide project execution.
  • Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting work completed by subcontractors and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or delays to keep projects on track.

A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction should have:
