The Project Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of field operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. The successful candidate must be able to
coordinate and supervise multiple trades, read and interpret construction drawings, inspect and verify layout, and anticipate potential field challenges
, identifying problems before they arise and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. This role demands someone who is
self-sufficient, decisive, and highly experienced in commercial construction environments

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field operations for multiple projects, including
new construction and remodels
Supervise, coordinate, and hold all trades accountable to ensure work meets quality standards
Inspect and verify layout and installation work; perform layout as needed to ensure accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications with precision
Identify potential issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality, and implement solutions to mitigate them
Anticipate and resolve conflicts between trades or project phases to maintain smooth operations
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and field documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
Lead by example, fostering accountability, efficiency, and teamwork on site
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
7+ years of experience
in commercial construction
Proven ability to
identify and resolve field issues proactively
Experience managing multiple trades on complex projects
Required experience in retail, hospitality, and casino environments
Strong field experience with hands-on knowledge of construction processes
Blueprint reading is required
; ability to interpret and implement plans accurately
Understanding of layout work and installation standards
Previous experience as a carpenter or skilled trade background
preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to work independently without supervision
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
