Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven Project Scheduler to support complex automotive manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and enforcing integrated project schedules across engineering, tooling, procurement, and production teams to ensure milestones, dependencies, and delivery targets are met. You will work closely with Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, Suppliers, and Operations to keep projects on track in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for automotive manufacturing programs Define task dependencies, critical paths, and milestone dates across cross-functional teams Track schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans before issues impact delivery Coordinate with engineering, tooling, quality, procurement, and production teams to align timelines Maintain change control and update schedules based on scope, resource, or timeline changes Prepare and present schedule status reports, look-ahead plans, and variance analysis to leadership Support program launches, tooling timelines, PPAP milestones, and production readiness activities Ensure schedules align with customer requirements, internal standards, and manufacturing constraints

Experience

Automotive Manufacturing - 3 years*
MS Project - 3 years*
Stamping - 2 years*
OEM or Tier 1 / Tier 2 environments - 2 years*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
