Job Overview


The

Project Operations Analyst

plays a critical role in supporting 11 Million Acres' onsite solar and battery storage development, construction, and O&M operations. This position is responsible for helping manage

vendor coordination

,

contractor management

, and

inventory oversight

.

The ideal candidate is

highly organized

, preferably has experience in

solar or battery storage operations

, and is capable of managing multiple moving parts across teams and project sites. You'll work directley with internal leadership, external contractors, and material vendors to ensure seamless execution of solar projects from procurement through completion.

Vendor & Contractor Management



Coordinate with solar equipment vendors, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials. Support contractor onboarding and qualification, including documentation and compliance verification. Track and evaluate contractor performance, including safety, timeliness, and workmanship. Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling or operational issues.

Inventory & Material Management



Manage material tracking, inventory levels, and delivery schedules across warehouses and job sites. Maintain accurate records of solar module, inverter, racking, and BOS component orders and deliveries. Support procurement planning and forecasting by aligning material availability with construction schedules. Develop and optimize tools and processes to enhance visibility into supply chain status.

Project Scheduling & Coordination



Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with field teams, suppliers, and contractors Track project milestones and deliverables to maintain progress and on-time completion. Support project forecasting and resource planning across multiple concurrent projects. Prepare weekly status updates, progress reports, and action plans for leadership review.

Operations & Data Reporting



Support the Program Manager in project documentation, cost tracking, and performance reporting. Create and maintain operational dashboards that track key performance metrics and project timelines. Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency. Contribute to developing best practices for vendor coordination, scheduling, and logistics.

Skills



3+ years of experience in

project management, operations, or logistics

. Strong understanding of

construction workflows

, permitting, and scheduling. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors, and timelines across parallel projects. Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project) and Excel/Google Sheets. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and recommendations clearly. Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
