Job Description

Scientist with experience in vaccine or oncology discovery research with strong organizational skills and an aptitude for project management to facilitate short term projects for the Quantitative Biosciences Department.
The successful candidate should have data wrangling skills, a strong attention to detail, project management experience and the willingness to speak to scientists and leaders internally to find information related to project goals.
Experience with basic business software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are a must, and knowledge and use of other project management and business analytics tools are a definite plus. We have several projects in mind, which include:

• Collecting, organizing and analyzing data about preclinical studies related to oncology and vaccines discovery and development at *** (primary project).
• Facilitating a project related to clinical attrition.
• Organizing and dashboarding our department's in vivo pharmacology program support.
• Organizing and dashboarding our department's automated assay support.

Quals--
Education: BS, MS, or PhD (Years of Experience - PhD (0), MS (2-3), BS (3 to 5 )

• Excellent understanding of Drug Discovery. Experience in oncology and vaccine development preferred.
• Exp. With business software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Can wrangle data, conduct interviews, facilitate meetings and create and maintain dashboards.
• Has the ability to analyze and visualize data.
• Creating dashboards, data wrangling, and summarizing the data.
• Basic analysis, data visualization, and data management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional: Role will be hybrid (3-Days onsite or as per the business need)
