We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver medium to large IT projects. The role involves end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and business adoption.Key Responsibilities
Manage medium-large IT projects through full lifecycle Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risks/issues logs Track milestones and deliverables using
Atlassian tools
Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance policies, SOPs, and document management standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business/technical leads Support PMO processes, portfolio updates, and governance documentation Identify risks, resolve project issues, and take corrective actionsRequired Qualifications
5+ years
of Project Management experience2+ years
managing large, complex, multi-year projects Strong skills inMicrosoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio
Working knowledge ofAtlassian Suite
andSalesforce
Strong understanding ofPMBOK
, Agile, governance, and IT project methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred
Experience with
IV-D / Child Support systems
State government experience *PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications
