Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you'll be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. You will play a vital role in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in estimating and project management will drive our success and help shape the future of our projects.

What you'll do

Lead project planning and execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare detailed cost estimates using construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and ProCore. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are met. Utilize Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and resource allocation. Review blueprints and schematics to identify potential challenges and develop solutions proactively. Manage contracts and maintain compliance with all regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control. Foster strong communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

Basic qualifications

5+ years of experience in structural steel estimating and project management. In-depth knowledge of AISC standards, fabrication, and steel erection processes. Proficient in reading structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and estimating software (e.g., FabTrol, Tekla EPM, or similar). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $71,377.78 - $100,960.34 per year
