We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with clients to realize their outdoor visions by leveraging your expertise in landscape design and construction techniques. You will play a vital role in creating exceptional outdoor spaces while fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

This position is essential to our company's mission of delivering top-quality service and craftsmanship to our clients. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities for the Landscape Sales Specialist include:

- Conducting on-site consultations with clients to understand their needs and collaborate on innovative ideas.

- Developing creative conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs that balance creativity with practicality.

- Preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates to align client expectations with company objectives and financial goals.

- Partnering with the construction team to ensure seamless execution of design plans and the delivery of high-quality results.

- Promoting long-term property care by encouraging clients to invest in maintenance services that preserve and enhance their landscapes.

- Cultivating strong client relationships through attentive and responsive service.

- Collaborating with the sales and design teams to contribute to the company's overall success.

Requirements for the Landscape Sales Specialist role:

- A minimum of 2 years of landscape design experience, including garden and hardscape projects.

- Proficiency in graphics drafting and construction knowledge.

- MHIC license preferred but not required.

- Proven sales experience in the landscape or construction industry.

- Strong design, technical, and visual presentation skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Basic knowledge of landscape construction and project logistics.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.

- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with design and office software, such as Vectorworks or AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is preferred but not required.
