We're seeking a Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a strong operator who owns scope, schedule, and cost, partners closely with field leadership, and executes work the right way--safely, efficiently, and with pride.

What You'll Do

Manage utility and industrial electrical projects from award through closeout, ensuring alignment with QSP standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive execution. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication, accountability, and results. Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and emerging project talent.
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in utility or industrial electrical construction project management. Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects. Strong understanding of electrical scopes, construction sequencing, and field operations. Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and change management. Organized, decisive, and collaborative leadership style grounded in QSP principles. Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
