  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance and outcomes.

A successful Project Manager should have:
