• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A background in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Our client is a top Design/Build firm in Kansas City that strictly focus on commercial/industrial construction between 50,000 - 200,000 SF.
