What You'll Be Doing

Start as a Project Manager -- learning the ropes and closing deals. Build your pipeline and learn the full roof sales process. Graduate into a Team Leader role -- with canvassers assigned to you. Train your team to generate leads

for you

in high-impact areas. Guide homeowners through the insurance and roof replacement process. Work directly with adjusters to secure approvals and close out jobs.
