Hug Construction is looking for a

project manager

to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction operations of new homes and residential remodels Manage crews, subcontractors, and material ordering Communicate with estimators, team leads and operations team to execute projects on time with minimal oversight according to the scope and budget of the project Take responsibility and initiative to see projects through from beginning to end with excellence Use construction knowledge to inspect all phases of projects for quality Use software to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple projects at once Intentionally develops and maintains company culture in a team setting Excellent client relations Apply knowledge of codes and regulations to ensure compliance

Skills:

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time Must be able to work with little supervision and direction Ability to read blueprints Demonstrate prioritization, organization, time-management and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of construction phases and execution Positive attitude & self-starter High attention to detail Leadership skills Strong communication skills Team player Knowledge of construction software a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
