Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation. Manage project scope changes through effective change management practices and ensure alignment with business priorities. Oversee project teams by providing leadership, supervision, and mentorship to ensure high performance and engagement. Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure seamless project implementation and integration within existing systems. Facilitate meetings effectively to align team efforts, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain momentum toward project milestones. Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement, presentation delivery, and technical writing. Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements management tools like SharePoint. Proficiency in data analysis skills including data collection and vendor management to support informed decision-making. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate conflict resolution. Strong negotiation skills coupled with risk management expertise to navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively.
