Job Summary

Are you ready to lead dynamic projects and drive success? As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our production and installation guiding teams to achieve outstanding results for our roofing, siding and home renovation business. You'll harness your expertise in project management methodologies and foster collaboration across on site installers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Manage Vendors and insure materials are on site and on time. Make course adjustments as required. Your leadership will inspire teams to innovate and excel while navigating the complexities of project execution.

What you'll do

Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Oversee the entire project management of all Roofing, siding and home improvement projects. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates and meetings, fostering a collaborative environment. Manage communication on site with customers and problem solve for them. Implement change management strategies to address project adjustments while minimizing disruptions. Conduct thorough risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation plans.

Experience

Proven experience in project management Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising diverse groups towards achieving common goals. (workers and Vendors) Experience in vendor management Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and root cause analysis for informed decision-making. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $62,307.49 - $75,036.98 per year
