Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to own the execution of our jobs from start to finish; keeping projects on schedule, crews aligned with standards, and customers happy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Scheduling

Schedule painting projects efficiently and within timelines as needed Coordinate crews, materials, and access to job sites Ensure all jobs start, progress, and finish on schedule
Painting Crew Management

Communicate daily with crews Negotiate scope, timelines, and expectations Ensure work meets company quality standards
Customer Experience

Conduct project kick-offs with homeowners Perform mid-project and final walkthroughs Proactively address concerns and maintain positive homeowner relationships
Quality Control & Site Inspections

Inspect job sites regularly for quality, safety, and cleanliness Ensure scope of work is completed correctly and completely Identify and resolve issues before they become problems
Financial & Close-Out Duties

Collect final payments upon project completion Confirm job completion and readiness for close-out Communicate completion details with the office team
Warehouse & Organization

Keep the warehouse organized and ready for crews to utilize Track materials, equipment, and supplies Ensure crews are properly equipped for each job

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable negotiating with and managing multiple crews Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality Ability to problem-solve independently and make decisions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required):

Construction, painting, or trade experience Project management or operations experience Familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools
Pay: From $40.00 per year
