Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager in Construction to lead and oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Duties

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution using construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee construction estimating processes and manage budgets effectively. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review contracts and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Implement effective project scheduling techniques to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Civil 3D is preferred. Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and best practices in construction site management. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics. Familiarity with contracts and legal aspects of construction projects. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
