About:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee the redesign and modernization of a

preschool facility

, including classrooms, walls, floors, and the integration of

STEAM Robotics and new educational technologies

. This short-term project requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the

entire redesign process

of preschool facilities, including classroom layouts, infrastructure improvements, and installation of new equipment. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and educational partners. Develop, monitor, and manage

project timelines, milestones, and budgets

. Use

Project Management software

such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools to track progress and manage workflows. Communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders, including organization executives, partners, and government agencies. Review, adjust, and manage

quotes, invoices, and project documentation

. Ensure compliance with all safety and education-related standards and guidelines. Oversee procurement and installation of STEAM and Robotics technology for educational spaces. Prepare and deliver

status reports

, presentations, and documentation to leadership teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).

3+ years

of proven experience managing construction, educational, or technology implementation projects. Proficiency in

Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent project management tools

. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal and written). Strong

budget management

and

timeline compliance

skills. Experience in

contract review and documentation

handling. Demonstrated ability to

work under pressure

and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work across teams. Knowledge of

Head Start, Early Head Start, or Department of Education

regulations and operations is a

significant plus

.
