Job Description

This position manages commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, site coordination, documentation, quality, and client communication to ensure flawless execution. You will run multiple fast?paced projects simultaneously while partnering directly with senior leadership to improve processes, elevate project delivery, and support the company's rapid growth.

• Manage all phases of retail construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
