Bloque Restoration is on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on Project Manager to oversee restoration and remodel projects. We're talking fire, water, and mold damage--plus some general remodeling--so you'll need to stay cool under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and keep projects moving from chaos to completion.

What You'll Be Doing:


Manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects (and the occasional remodel) Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries Communicate clearly with clients from day one through final walkthroughs Track progress, budgets, and job documentation (photos, notes, updates) Visit job sites regularly to make sure things stay on track and high quality Handle emergency project needs when they pop up (because they willpop up)

What You Bring to the Table:


1+ years of experience in project management or a related field (restoration, estimating, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills--you can talk to customers and crews alike You're organized, detail-obsessed, and great at multitasking Comfortable with reading scopes, estimates, and construction docs Can handle job tracking tools, email, spreadsheets, and a mobile phone Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment Spanish-speaking? That's a huge plus!

Additional Info:


You'll need to be comfortable with job site travel On-site located in Mesa, AZ Must have a valid driver's license Some emergency overtime may be required--we deal with real-life disasters, after all This is an active, on-the-move job. Ability to lift 25+ lbs and walk through construction zones is a must.
