Summary:

CAF America will be undergoing significant changes as part of a new IT Strategy to upgrade and replace our technologies, ensuring the new solution is scalable and future-proofed as much as technology allows, along with reducing 'off system' activity and excel based reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with understanding of financial processes/systems. This individual will have a broad level of knowledge using various tools and technologies to play a pivotal role delivering analysis and coordinating activity between IT, business stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To work within a fast-paced finance environment, applying industry standard tools and techniques to proactively drive the delivery of agreed objectives Support the US and UK collaboration to ensure appropriate synergies and value delivery Develop and maintain detailed project plans in coordination with management
Participation, coordination and documentation of project activity, including;
+ Action logs / Query logs
+ BPR and Change Management activity

+ UAT and End-to-end Testing activity

+ Go-live Readiness and Data Migration activity

+ Coordination and general support on Training activity
Participation, coordination and documentation ofproject outputs, including;
+ As-Is and to-be Processes,

+ System Configuration and Interface design collateral

+ User Requirements

Must be eligible to work legally in the United States. Prior experience using project management techniques to coordinate IT and/or Finance system implementations and/or upgrades. Knowledge of financial processes/systems. Experience with Sage Intacct preferred. Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Superior attention to detail and ability to accurately navigate large and detailed databases. Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to adjust communications according to the audience. Team player Experience running / facilitating meetings, workshops etc. The ability to thrive in a constrained environment Manage timelines and due dates from yourself/others The ability to show initiative and to work independently Thoroughness and attention to detail

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
