This role includes end-to-end production and delivery operations for video production and social media content projects, from client intake through final delivery. End-to-end means translating each client's vision, expectations, and non-negotiables into clear documentation, checklists, and timelines that define the standard outcome for that account and keep every department aligned. You assign the right videographers and editors, build shot lists and schedules, and ensure assets move from shoot to edit to quality control on time. You enforce the client-specific quality checklist at every stage, so the final delivery matches the brand, message, and expected outcome that was agreed to during intake. This role exists within our organization to control execution, eliminate delays, and deliver client content on time, to standard, and within scope.

This includes assigning the right videographers and editors, building shot lists and schedules, enforcing client specific quality standards, keeping clients informed, and releasing content only when it meets the agreed outcome.

The Role

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of client accounts immediately after sale by leading intake, clarifying goals and expectations, and converting client vision into documented standards, timelines, and non-negotiables.
Develop and maintain client specific QA checklists, shot lists, creative boards, and execution documentation that define the expected outcome and guide all teams toward consistent delivery.
Assign videographers and editors based on skill alignment, performance history, and project requirements, and coordinate shoot schedules with clear dates, times, and coverage expectations.
Ensure shoots occur as planned and that content is captured, uploaded, and transferred to editors on time, maintaining momentum even when unexpected issues arise.
Enforce quality standards throughout editing and QA by reviewing work against client requirements, brand guidelines, and defined acceptance criteria before approval.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients regarding project status, required inputs, and delivery timelines, resolving questions and blockers directly and escalating to leadership only when necessary to protect progress or outcomes.
Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams regarding priorities, deadlines, and adjustments required to keep projects on track.
Continuously improve and streamline the end-to-end production process as the company scales, strengthening systems, documentation, and accountability to maintain consistent quality and on time delivery at volume.
Requirements:
2+ plus years of project management experience within a creative agency, content production, or social media management environment, managing end-to-end client fulfillment workflows.
Proficiency using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday com, or similar systems to track work, enforce timelines, and drive completion.
Strong understanding of video production and social media delivery processes, including intake, shoot coordination, editing workflows, QA, and client delivery.
Proven ability to lead editors, videographers, and freelancers with clear expectations, firm deadlines, and accountability in fast moving environments.
Demonstrated success in fast-growing companies where priorities shift, multiple hats are required, resources are limited, and execution must remain on time and on standard.
Advanced organization and deadline management across multiple concurrent projects, with sound judgment and decisive problem solving under pressure.
Ability to work remotely with high responsiveness and accountability, including reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, reliable high-speed internet for video meetings and daily operations, and a distraction-free work environment with a professional background for client facing communication.

Compensation:
Base salary is $2,500 per month, with monthly account-based performance bonuses tied to active client retention. Bonus eligibility begins upon hire, with total compensation ranging from $3,000 to $4,500+ per month based on accounts managed.
