Job Posting: Project Manager (Mid-Level) - ICT / Low Voltage / AV / Security

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience)

Bonus:

1-2% of project gross profit

Performance-based annual bonus

Lifotek Systems LLC is a newly established U.S. company expanding into the Dallas market. It is wholly owned by a Chinese parent company with over 11 years of experience in IT and system integration projects, having successfully delivered thousands of projects. Our parent company brings a strong technical team and extensive industry expertise, providing a solid foundation for the U.S. operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage low-voltage / ICT / AV / security installation projects

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

Read drawings, review SOW, and ensure project quality

Communicate with clients and general contractors

Plan schedules, oversee installations, and track project progress

Prepare daily/weekly reports and closeout documents

Requirements:

3-5 years of project management experience (ICT / AV / Security preferred)

Ability to read construction drawings

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
