Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

:


Manage projects, staff and clients. Oversee and prepare traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety audits. Assist in the preparation specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects. Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, DOT access permitting, control plans and traffic signal operations analysis. Coordinate with field inspection staff and serve as an on-site project representative.



Job Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) PE, PTOE (desirable) Excellent oral and written communication skills Expert witness testimony Experience with CTDOT design standards, NYSDOT/NYCDOT experience (desirable) Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD) Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Valid Driver's License
