Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing scope, budget, and timelines. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project teams, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Duties, but not limited to

Review and develop construction plans requested by the client Oversee the work done by Draftspersons and Assistant PMs Communicate with Clients, Building Officials, Landlords, and Consultants Coordinate and manage multiple projects and clients in short periods of time Review state and local code compliance Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, SRPM & Director Execute site surveys. Coordinate consultant agreement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture Minimum 5+ years' experience as an Architecture Project Manager in retail/restaurant Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong 3D design skills required, and basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred Extensive experience preparing construction documents and field observation required. Must possess strong time management skills and have the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and accessibility, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes. Ability to work full time. Ability to perform site surveys and client meetings on site.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per year
