Project Manager - Roofing

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated, sales-driven Project Manager to join our roofing team as an independent contractor. This role combines outside sales with project oversight--perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and managing jobs from inspection through completion.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking Perform roof inspections (training provided) Present estimates, close sales, and guide customers through insurance claims Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines Maintain customer communication and oversee project quality
Requirements:

Strong sales and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects Reliable transportation Roofing or construction experience is a plus (not required)
