Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee home building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and expertise in diverse project management methodologies to drive successful program development and implementation.

Responsibilities



Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet. Lead project teams through the entire project management lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to execution and closure. Facilitate effective meeting sessions to coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder engagement. Apply change management principles to adapt project scope and deliverables in response to evolving business needs. Conduct root cause analysis and risk management to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project portfolio and coordinate vendor relationships while controlling costs through budgeting and cost control techniques. Implement quality management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Track project progress on a daily basis, utilizing scheduling software. Lead program development efforts by managing scope management, schedule management, time management, and resource planning. Facilitate communication across teams using presentation skills and technical writing; ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective negotiation and conflict resolution.

Qualifications



Proven experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of home building project management. Understanding and knowledge in production home building operations. Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, MARKS, ITK, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection and data analysis techniques. Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering/requirements analysis and requirements management processes. Experience in successful vendor communication and management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage scope, schedule (project scheduling), risk (risk management), costs (cost control), and quality (quality management). Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Effective communication skills with a focus on technical writing and presentation delivery. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
