What You'll Do:

? Educate Homeowners - Help them understand the insurance claims process and guide them through their roofing project.

? Project Management - Monitor jobs, ensure quality work, and serve as the main point of contact between customers and insurance companies.

? Lead Generation & Canvassing - Knock on doors, attend community events, and build relationships to bring in new business.

? Customer Service Excellence - Communicate with the production team and homeowners to ensure a smooth, stress-free process.

? Sales & Business Growth - Establish best practices and strategies with the sales team and leadership.

? Work closely with AGR's in-house teams for Accounting, Estimating, Production, Supplementing, and Training Support.

What You'll Bring:

? Excellent Communication Skills - You're a people person and can close a deal.

? Sales Experience - Roofing, construction, or insurance experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate.

? Team Player Mentality - Work alongside an awesome crew and support each other's success.

? Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented - You love a challenge and thrive with little direction.

? Customer Service Experience - A background in helping people is a plus

? Valid Driver's License

? Comfortable Working on Roofs - You'll be climbing and inspecting homes
