Project Manager

to lead projects across the greater Omaha area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated builder who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience in

commercial or industrial construction

. Experience in concrete or self-perform work is a plus, but not required -- what matters most is leadership, communication, and a passion for building things the right way.

What You'll Do

Manage all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout Collaborate with clients, design partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and field coordination Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively Foster a strong safety and quality culture across all project activities Build and maintain lasting client relationships through trust and performance

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience

in commercial construction, preferably as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver on schedule and budget Strong understanding of project financials, construction documents, and field coordination Experience with concrete, tilt-wall, or industrial projects is preferred but not required Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills A team player who values collaboration and accountability
