Job Description

DBB Architecture PC, a New York based community of architects and designers actively engaged in multiple capital improvement projects in the New York City area. Our projects include education, retail, civic, healthcare, commercial high-rise mixed-use, aviation and transportation infrastructure redevelopment projects.

We are seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager to enhance our management team working with a New York City agency on a large project. Applicants must be available to begin work immediately. We are seeking an experienced individual who can organize and document project team and agency-led meetings, and can coordinate with multiple team members, and is also well versed in the Microsoft suite.

Applicants should possess strong communication skills necessary for seamless team integration and cross-discipline project coordination. Familiarity with program analysis, building planning standards, design and detailing standards and construction techniques, and code compliance issues is desirable. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days/week in-office work may be required in most cases. Construction Administration roles may require ability to attend site meetings, related travel and construction review activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Motivated, organized, detail-oriented individuals capable of working in large teams

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.

NAAB-accredited College degree in Architecture (or similar program).

Authorization to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorships)
