Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to coordinate teams, manage resources, and facilitate stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities



Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet. Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with the project management lifecycle. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform requirements analysis to define project deliverables. Manage project scope through scope management techniques; control changes via change management processes. Conduct risk management activities including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. Oversee project scheduling and time management to ensure milestones are met on time. Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective team management and meeting facilitation. Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Workday, or ServiceNow for task tracking and documentation. Monitor project performance using earned value management and other KPIs; report progress to stakeholders regularly. Manage vendor relationships and contracts; oversee vendor management processes to ensure quality standards are met. Implement process mapping and business process modeling to optimize workflows; apply Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement. Lead program development efforts including program design and program portfolio management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles; facilitate conflict management and negotiation strategies as needed.

Skills



(SAFe), Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, and Program Management frameworks. Expertise in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, scope management, risk management, cost control, budgeting, and quality management. Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Workday or equivalent PPM tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and project leadership roles. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement; skilled in technical writing and presentation development. Ability to perform root cause analysis; skilled in data analysis skills including data collection and interpretation for decision-making purposes. Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus. Pay: $69,279.09 - $83,432.88 per year
