JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager. This role is a full-time exempt position that is reporting into the COO. The ideal candidate is someone that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, can see the big picture while being able to create the details to support it. The incumbent is someone who is comfortable with change but can hold firm in difficult circumstances. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of learning systems and what data they can provide to help stabilize workflow and allow for better planning in the future. This individual thrives in small teams where everyone is a significant contributor to the success of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own a pipeline of projects as a key leader responsible for the execution of project timelines and outlining of resources, with a strong understanding of linkages between tasks throughout the process of commercializing a new item.
Create and own project timeline and Gantt charts to identify and track critical path/activities, dependencies, risks, and contingencies with all teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Support cross-functional project teams (which may include Formulation Team, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Regulatory) from project onset through to launch
Develop and implement project charters, Gantt charts, and metrics, obtaining partner alignment, identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans, and lead conflict resolution
Utilize effective communication skills to appropriately inform various levels of the organization and team members in a timely manner
Frames and communicates project questions to facilitate informed and agile decision taking
Maintain and facilitate Stage Gate process, project plans, issues, test plans, and formal documentation for stakeholder meetings
Act as the "project advocate" in overcoming obstacles and keeping projects progressing through the Stage Gate process.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the CPG space
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
Excellent stakeholder communications experience, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
Proven success working effectively with all levels of management and across different departments
Ability to manage high volume and turnaround
SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
Hybrid Work Schedule with 4 days onsite/1 day remote
OFFERINGS:
For individuals that meet the requirements of this role, dependent upon skillset and merit the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000
This role is eligible for any short-term incentive type bonuses.
