Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major multifamily construction project in Portland, ME. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and technical expertise to deliver a $75M wood-frame and podium-style development with over 200 units.

  • Oversee all phases of a large-scale multifamily project from planning through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and maintain a strong onsite presence (5 days/week).
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Attend occasional meetings at the Bridgewater, MA office as needed.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Strong background in multifamily construction projects, ideally $50M+.
  • Proficiency in Procore is required.
  • Ability to manage complex wood-frame and podium-style builds.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Portland, ME five days per week.
