The Project Manager will lead and oversee multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role is based in Kansas City and requires expertise in the construction industry and strong organizational skills.

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues.
• Resolve project-related challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
