Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Multifamily Fire projects to lead and oversee complex construction initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, excellent project coordination abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of fire safety standards within multifamily residential developments. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Duties



Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multifamily fire construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to coordinate all phases of construction. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation, estimating, and progress tracking. Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to plans and specifications. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting to identify potential delays or issues early. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, fire safety standards, and environmental regulations. Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

Experience



Proven experience managing multifamily or large-scale fire-related construction projects from start to finish. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid. Strong background in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Demonstrated ability in project coordination within a fast-paced construction environment involving multiple teams and subcontractors. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to fire protection systems in multifamily housing developments. Prior experience with civil engineering aspects related to multifamily projects is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $71,600.00 - $102,760.00 per year
