Job Description

You will oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep construction experience (especially in multifamily housing), and the ability to manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client expectations effectively

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects in Chicago.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:

• Proven experience in multifamily construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
