Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with extensive multifamily construction expertise
to oversee projects from preconstruction through turnover. The PM will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client relationships while leading project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and uphold CHC's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects ($10M-$100M+)
Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Coordinate subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation
Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding partnership
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation through Procore
Oversee monthly reporting, progress documentation, and pay applications
Partner with field teams to ensure schedule + quality compliance
Ensure all permits are in place; mitigate risk + resolve challenges proactively
Drive successful project closeout with accurate record documentation
Promote safety culture, accountability, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of multifamily construction PM experience
Successful track record managing large ground-up projects ($3M-$100M+)
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software
Strong client-facing communication & relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Organized, proactive, solutions-oriented leader
